That's the STAV

STAV was founded in 1997. Then as now, the aim of the student employment agency is to match jobs – both private and corporate – with students who are keen to work. STAV remains a student organisation at Dresden University of Technology. This means that we not only have a direct link to the skilled workers of tomorrow, but can also offer our services on attractive terms.

Why STAV?

Direct access to a university with more than 30,000 students – and thus access to a large pool of potential employees.

Ongoing public relations work at university events to reach as many potential applicants as possible.

Particularly favourable terms that we are able to offer you compared with our competitors.

Personalised support and free optimisation of your job advertisement to make it more appealing to students.

We offer a wide range of opportunities: whether you’re a working student, a short-term employee or in a mini-job – anything is possible

Payment only upon successful placement: our placement fee is only charged for placements that result in an employment contract.
